One of our favorite Olive Garden copycat recipes
1 onion
3 carrots
4 stalks celery
2 (28 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans
1 can white kidney beans
3 cans vegetable stock
3 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. pepper
5 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. tobasco sauce
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. pasta (cooked)
Cook in crockpot. Add noodles during last 1/2 an hour.
